Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Unused & Unopened: Products must be unused and sealed in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
  • Return Window: Requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 10 days from the date of product delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Shipping the Item: You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your return.
  3. Inspection & Approval: Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the product to confirm it is in its original, unused condition. Once the product passes inspection, we’ll process the return or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Paid Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We do not reimburse shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).

Refunds

  • Refund Process: If you are approved for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where the product is not returned in its original condition or shows signs of use, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. If you wish to exchange a product for a different one, please let us know within the 10-day window. The same inspection and shipping guidelines apply.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Items returned beyond the 10-day period from the delivery date.
  • Damaged items (unless due to shipping).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare case that your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact Us Immediately: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Proof of Damage: Please provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
  • We will cover the return shipping cost for incorrect or damaged items and send a replacement at no extra cost.
