At Rayon by MR (Dr Malik Rizwan), we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: You must request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition of Products: The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Products purchased on sale or with a discount code.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@rayonbymr.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at info@rayonbymr.com.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@rayonbymr.com with details and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it for a refund according to the guidelines outlined above.
