Shipping Charges
Our domestic shipping charges are based on the number of products in your order:
1–5 products: PKR 200 (Standard Delivery Charge)
6–10 products: PKR 400
More than 10 products: Shipping charges will increase based on the total number of products in the order. The applicable shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
This pricing structure helps us ensure safe and efficient delivery for larger orders.

Shipping Charges
Flat-rate international shipping: USD 80 per order (excluding South Korea).
Minimum Order Value
International orders must have a minimum purchase value of USD 100 to qualify for shipping.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or other applicable fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Rayon by MR is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
At this time, we are unable to ship orders to South Korea.
If you wish to return an item, please note the following requirements:
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Return requests must be initiated within 4 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged item received from Rayon by MR.
